Fractal Analytics

As a Design Lead across Research & Strategy I worked across several enterprise-level B2B projects spanning digital transformation, supply chain management, data visualization, marketing, strategy and AI solutions across domains such as consumer packaged goods and financial services and the intersection of Business, Design and Engineering

My role spanned leading projects, mentoring, handling critical RFP's and working with practices to embed design as a strategic capability through workshops while building internal learning initiatives.

  • Immersion into Supply Management as a domain the client's business, operations and hierarchy

  • Collaborating across business, design and engineering departments.

  • 12+ initial immersion sessions with 20+ stakeholders across 6 geographies to map the current ways of working, the pain points, needs, aspirations and identify opportunity areas.

  • Analyzing and synthesizing the findings into design directions.

Learning

  • Being the client's first time working with a Design led approach, it was a trust building exercise with a novel approach. Each question and pivot was an opportunity for the internal team to sharpen their thinking and communication.

  • The conscious strategy of having Research, Design, Development, Engineering & Business teams working alongside each other ensured seamless understanding, communication and knowledge transfer.
